Shipping Costs & Times
Some shipping methods offered are "trackable" and can therefore be constantly followed during the various stages of shipping. This service, however, is not available for all orders. You will have the possibility to choose the shipping method of your package directly on the purchase page.
Orders placed are normally delivered the next working day after ordering. Shipments within the EU may take over 7 working days. Shipments to non-EU countries may take over 2 weeks.
Orders that are shipped with Tracking Numbers tend to arrive faster. As soon as the package is handed over to the courier, you will receive a Tracking Number that will provide you with details on the status of the delivery.

1. The main goal is to ensure that the order reaches its destination as quickly as possible. However, it is the customers and/or recipients who assume responsibility, at the time of purchase, for the products received and the delivery details provided (always check that they are correct).

Furthermore, and most importantly, your box must be protected and wrapped in packing paper or you can insert the boxed product into another box.
If it is not particularly damaged, you can use our same packaging, as you received it.
IMPORTANT! What NOT to do with the original box of the item:
1. apply additional unnecessary tape,
2. alter its aesthetics by deforming it or tearing some of its parts,
3. tear off the labels where the product codes are shown,
4. report writings.
In addition to the integrity of the object, it is also important to take care of its accessories, and the box is an important factor.
The items are resold and presenting it in less than optimal aesthetic conditions to our buyers (as well as to yourself) could create discontent and disapproval on the integrity of the item.
This is an example of NOT careful packaging:
the original box is present but:
- it was not wrapped in wrapping paper
- it is wrapped in scotch tape which ruins the box itself
- unnecessary labels have been applied
- additional shipping labels make the box unrecoverable
- it got damaged and dirty during transport
- you can easily access the box and steal its contents
- ? and many other cons that may arise from it.
