Carbon fiber materials are characterized by high durability and low weight. Carbon is very often used in motorsports, especially in vehicle aerodynamics. Various types of spoilers, diffusers, splitters and flaps are often made of carbon.

In our Carbon Division - a production department specialized in carbon processing - the elements we offer are manufactured, including the side air intakes of the front bumper for the BMW 1 F40 M-Pack/ M135i.

The side air intakes of the front bumper were produced in Poland. They were made by heat pressure treatment. Carbon fiber is polymerized at high temperature and high pressure. An autoclave is used for this purpose. This is the most modern method of carbon production, which guarantees an excellent effect, both in terms of strength and visual properties.
